Rosendal - Quaint Village

The quaint village of Rosendal was briefly on the travel path recently.  The Samsung S7 was put to work to capture memories and motivate a future visit.

My visit was a slow drivethrough , just prior to spring rains on a quiet week day.  This is the everyday Rosendal, not the festive side of the town. It was not the full blown colourful summer vision often presented. What was surrounding me with absolute stillness was the reality of a beautiful and quiet lifestyle away from the drama of the city. The surroundings of this village feed the artist's soul.

Make sure you visit there at least once in your lifetime. Though it is not likely going to be only once....
